Discover the delights and magic of The Alnwick Garden in Northumberland. This awe-inspiring, contemporary garden is designed to be cutting edge in every way. Explore the Poison Garden, Rose Garden, Ornamental Garden and more, each brimming with magnificent flora. A particular highlight is the Serpent Garden and its unique use of water to create a magical experience.
You'll also go behind the scenes at the Grand Cascade Garden to learn about the ground-breaking engineering that allowed the Belgian designers to create the Grand Cascade, which sees 7260 gallons of water flow through it every minute. Afterwards there's a delicious three-course lunch in the Treehouse Restaurant – it's an unforgettable dining experience high in the trees. Then you'll have more free time to explore the rest of the garden.
What happens on the day?
When you arrive, you'll be greeted by a member of staff before starting your tour at the Grand Cascade. After your tour is complete, lunch will be served in the Treehouse Restaurant.
Your day will be full of surprises as you and your friend or partner make your way around these breathtaking gardens, including a chance to cross rope bridges and walkways.

When can I do this?A
This experience is available on selected dates throughout the year; normally twice a month. Please contact the supplier at the time of booking for updated availability.
We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
You should allow approximately three to four hours for the whole experience – the tour lasts approximately an hour.

The experience is not suitable for those with hearing difficulties due to the noise levels in the pump room.

All you have to do is pay for the experience and we’ll send a voucher through the post, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
What about insurance?A
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
