This intensive course will see you hone your skills and get you closer to being the master in the kitchen that you aspire to be! You’ll enjoy a few hours of guided cookery, in a class and location of your choice, and come away with loads of new tips and tricks courtesy of the experienced chef taking the lesson. There are different cuisine styles for you to pick, too.
Smart School of Cookery owner, Ann Hood, was a contestant on BBC’s Masterchef, so you are guaranteed an experience full of cookery passion and quality ingredients. You are sure to find a class to suit you – and you should leave feeling confident and inspired and ready to cook up a storm for family and friends.

What happens on the day?A
Your exciting half day course for one will start at either 10.00 for the morning session or 14.00 for the afternoon session and you will be greeted by your friendly and professional chef before enjoying a tea or coffee with the group and discussing your chosen menu.
You’ll be provided with an apron, information pack, recipes and a pen and paper to take notes.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.

How long should I allow for this experience?A
You should allow approximately 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours for the whole experience.
How does this work?A
All you have to do is pay for the experience and we’ll send a voucher through the post, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

The supplier regrets that a nut-free environment cannot be guaranteed in all situations.
Seafood classes are not suitable for those suffering from allergies to shellfish and seafood.

Your voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue. It is essential that you book and take your experience before this date as vouchers may not be extended beyond the expiration date.
What about insurance?A
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
