You’ll see various sites featured in the Paddington books and visit film locations from his movie, with opportunities to get off the bus to explore and take photos. The tour finishes at Paddington Station (naturally), where you’ll have the opportunity to buy Paddington merchandise to remember your day.
What happens on the day?A
You’ll board the bus at Marylebone Station for your official Paddington Bear tour and visit sites that have featured in Paddington’s books and his movie. Learn about Paddington’s adventures; discover how the movie was made and see how good your Paddington Bear knowledge is.
There will be several chances to get off the bus to stretch your legs, take photos and see Paddington locations up close, including Mr Gruber’s antique shop, the Windsor Gardens location used in the movie for the Brown family home, Portobello Market and lesser-known picturesque parts of London.
The tour finishes at Paddington Station where you’ll have the chance to buy Paddington merchandise if you wish.
Who is the experience suitable for?A
This tour is for two adults and two children. Adults are deemed to be 16 and over, children must be under 16.
Please note that as there will be walking involved in the tour it may not be suitable for those with mobility or health problems.
When can I do this?A
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Tours must be pre-booked and are available on selected Saturdays at 10.30 (February to December)
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 3 hours for the tour.
How does this work?A
All you have to do is pay for the experience and we’ll send a voucher through the post, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
What about insurance?A
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
