Description

Join our exclusive Boundless book celebration of the BBC’s Planet Earth II and dive into a rich archive of wildlife spectacles and intimate encounters.

Our special guest for the evening will Mike Gunton, Creative Director at BBC Studios Natural History and the man behind Planet Earth II. Mike has been producing wildlife film making for the BBC for over 20 years and has worked on jaw dropping nature series such as Life, Hidden Kingdoms, Africa and Planet Earth.

The original Planet Earth has been seen by over half a billion people worldwide, Mike will be discussing how to entertain and inform such huge numbers and the challenge in creating, filming and producing Planet Earth II, the follow-up to the world’s most loved nature series. Mike will discuss his inspiration for telling the story of the natural world through some of the most iconic nature footage ever shot.

After the screening, join Mike at our informal drinks reception - great opportunity for a photo, say ‘Hi’ and ask him everything you've wondered about the breath-taking series.

Attendees will receive a signed hardback copy of Planet Earth II. If you are unable to attend but would still like a signed hardback copy, you can order one by selecting the 'Signed hardback copy' option above.
