FAQs

How do I get there?

Wakehurst is 25 minutes south of the M25 and 30 minutes north of Brighton. The venue is on the B2028, south of Turners Hill and north of Ardingly.

From London, take the M25 then M23, leave at Junction 10 and turn left onto the A264.

On the A264 go straight over the first two roundabouts, turn right at next roundabout onto the B2028.

Wakehurst is on the right after Turners Hill.

On approaching Wakehurst please follow the signs rather than relying on your Sat Nav, which will bring you to North Drive, the wrong entrance.

Where do I park?

There is lots of parking at Wakehurst and it’s all free to ticket holders.

What do I do when I arrive?

After purchasing your ticket you will be issued with one of the following arrival times - 4:15pm, 4:30pm or 4:50pm. This arrival time will be emailed to you by the end of June 2023. The arrival times are set to ensure that the trail does not become overcrowded and it can be enjoyed safely by everyone. Please make sure you arrive at your allocated arrival time.

When you arrive at the venue you see the Boundless team by the entrance, where we’ll give you everything you need for the evening. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to make sure you don’t miss your time slot.

Are there any age restrictions?

All guests will need an admission ticket. Children aged 3 and under are free and do not require a ticket.

I have a friend or family member who wants to come as well

Great, bring them along! The only provision is that the booking must be made by a Boundless member and that everyone who attends has a valid admission ticket. The Boundless member will have to show their membership card on the day and any guests will have to accompany them on arrival. Due to ticket capacity members are entitled to bring a maximum of three guests.

Only tickets purchased through Boundless will entitle you to members’ day benefits.

Boundless tickets must be reserved in advanced and will not be available on the day.

Can tickets be transferred?

Once you have purchased your event tickets they cannot be transferred as a current member with valid membership card needs to be present. This is because we have a very limited number of tickets and must ensure the offer benefits Boundless members.

What if I need more tickets?

This Boundless member day has limited tickets and we have had to set a limit on how may tickets a member can have access to. If you require more than 4 tickets, you will have to get purchase these directly from the venue.

Can I cancel my ticket?

If you can no longer attend please cancel your tickets as soon as possible to make space for another family. You can cancel your tickets be calling 0800 669944 or emailing info@boundless.co.uk along with the event name and your membership number.

Is the trail wheelchair friendly?

The trail is just over one mile long and takes approximately an hour to walk round. It is fully accessible and can be viewed from hard standing and/or flat gravel paths, which are suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

Please be aware that the landscape is undulating so there are some slopes and not all paths are concrete or even.

Wheelchairs, mobility scooters and buggies

Wheelchairs are available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis. Four mobility scooters are available per evening and must be booked in advance by calling 01444 894067.

Please note that children’s scooters are not permitted on the trail.
