Celebrate our new member partnership with RBG Kew by joining us at Kew for their Autumn Festival which will celebrate the culture and biodiversity of Mexico. Visiting on Members’ Day gets you all sorts of extra benefits, including free parking, free guidebooks, prize draws, on-site activities and a Boundless area to meet our team and other Boundless members.

Discover more than 50,000 plant species across a range of different habitats. You’ll travel from desert to tropics – and almost everywhere else in between – as you spot plants weird, wonderful, beautiful and rare.

This is a great day out for the whole family with plenty for the kids and grandchildren to do. The Children’s Garden is a fun, interactive space where they can climb, run, jump and explore everything that a plant needs to grow. Boundless members have exclusive access to this popular garden between 2.15 – 3.15pm.

There are lots of fantastic places to eat at Kew. Enjoy a Lebanese barbecue served on the terrace, stone-baked pizza in the Family Kitchen, afternoon tea at the Botanical Brasserie or just a simple picnic in the beautiful surroundings of the gardens.

At every one of our events, the Boundless team will be there to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible. We’ll have our official Boundless photographer on site to capture the best moments for you, your family and friends. All photos will be available for you to download after the event.

If you upload any of your own pictures to social media be sure to use the hashtag #bemoreboundless for a chance to be featured on our social pages.

By buying tickets, you’re agreeing to have your photo taken and any images used on our marketing platforms. If you’d prefer not to have your photo taken or appear on our website or social pages, please let us know when you arrive and we’ll make sure arrangements are made.

Please note that tickets will be available to purchase through Boundless until 1 week before the event. Tickets are only available in advance and cannot be purchased on the day. Not yet a member? Join Boundless today for £32 per year to take part in this event

*Free parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis – one space maximum per member. Once Boundless free parking has been allocated, members will have to pay for parking, either using on-street parking around Kew Green near Elizabeth Gate or Brentford Gate car park.

Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out as our ticket allocation is limited

How can I get there?

We advise members ot enter the venue via Elizabeth Gate (TW9 3AB) as this is the nearest admission gate to the members area in the Nash Conservatory.

By Train

Kew Bridge station is 800m from Elizabeth Gate, via Kew Bridge. South West Trains run services from Waterloo, via Vauxhall and Clapham Junction. There is no level access at Kew Bridge.

By Tube

Kew Gardens station is 500m from Victoria Gate. It is in Zone 3 and is served by the District Line (Richmond branch) and London Overground.

There is no level access from the westbound platform. It is possible to continue one stop to Richmond and catch a tube back to use the eastbound platform which does have level access.

By Car

Please note: Parking around Kew is extremely limited, with spaces in both the free Boundless car park and the paid for Brentford car park available on a first come, first served basis. We have seen a significant increase in visitors driving here over the past year. Those arriving later in the day may struggle to find spaces to park either in our car park or locally. Please consider walking, cycling or taking public transport if possible.

Kew Gardens car park (TW9 3AF) Ferry Lane, near Brentford Gate.

Limited parking available in the car park

Parking costs £7 per day. You can pay on site, or with the paybyphone app.

Blue badge holders park for free in disabled access parking spaces or other spaces if full

Car park closes 30 minutes after the Gardens close

Where do I park?

As part of our members’ day event, a local parking area will be available and free for members. This car park has limited capacity and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to one space per member booking. Parking details and location will be emailed separately to members that have secured an allocated space.

Once Boundless free parking has been allocated, members will have to pay for parking, either using on-street parking around Kew Green near Elizabeth Gate or Brentford Gate car park. Brentford Gate is £7 a day with the payphone app and is available on a first come first served basis.

Are there any age restrictions?

There is no age restriction to this event. As part of this member day offer Boundless members are entitled to the following free tickets:

  • Two adult tickets (aged 16 and over)
  • Five child tickets (aged 15 and under)

I have a friend or family member who wants to come as well.

Great, bring them along! The only provision is that the booking must be made by a Boundless member and that everyone who attends has a valid admission ticket.

If you require extra tickets outside your free allocation, people can join today for £32 and book their own tickets through Boundless. If they decide not to join Boundless they will have to purchase tickets directly from Kew Gardens here.

Only tickets purchased through Boundless will be entitled to members’ day benefits. Boundless tickets have to be reserved in advanced and will not be available on the day.

Where do I pick up my free guidebook and other benefits?

The Boundless team will be located at the Nash Conservatory, located by the Elizabeth Gate. Make sure you visit us when you arrive to pick up your event packs, including guidebooks, prize draw, activity packs and more.

What time does this event start and end?

The event starts at 10.30am and finishes at 5pm.

Can tickets be transferred?

Once you have purchased your event tickets they cannot be transferred as a current member with valid membership card needs to be present. This is because we have a very limited number of tickets and have to ensure the offer benefits Boundless members.

How accessible is the site for people with mobility difficulties?

RBG Kew pride themselves in having a fully accessible, wheelchair-friendly site. Some of the areas such as the Victorian Glasshouse will have areas that have more limited access.

Are dogs allowed on site?

Dogs are not permitted on site. Only service dogs are allowed and they need to be wearing hi-visibility clothing.
