WWT sites are great days out for all the family, learnings with wide-open spaces and wetlands full of the sights and sounds of nature, there's plenty to see and do at WWT sites. Each venue will be hosting talks throughout the day or visit the ‘guides in hides’ to help you spot and identify the wildlife that’s unique to these wetlands.

Whether coming on your own, your children or grandchildren there is something for everyone.

Enjoy the peaceful walks and spend time learning about the unique life found in wetlands. Or bring the whole family to make magical memories in WWT's outdoor adventure play areas and family trails.

The WWT venues all have fantastic cafes with a great selection of sandwiches, cakes and drinks or enjoy a picnic in the beautiful settings of these idyllic venues.

Your visit also helps the WWT protect some of the UK's most important habitats and is vital in keeping these environments and feathered friends around for future generations.

Boundless members’ area

The Boundless team will be on hand throughout the day – pop by and see us when you arrive, and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to make the most of your day. Don’t forget to pick up your free guidebook and kids’ activity packs. Your name will also be entered in a prize draw for all kinds of WWT themed goodies.


Boundless members’ day isn’t just about giving you perks on the day – your Boundless membership gives you FREE admission to these venues for up to two adults and six children.

For any additional tickets Boundless will offer a minimum of 20% discount on tickets. The additional ticket discount and all onsite Boundless activities will only take place on our specific members day.

Where can I park?

There is plenty of free car parking at all WWT sites.

How do I get my Boundless extras on the day?

Visit the Boundless members’ area when you arrive we’ll have everything you need to make the most of your day. You can pick up your Boundless bag, guidebooks, site maps and prize-draw tickets.

How do I book onto activities on the day?

Each WWT venue will be running activities for both the general public and exclusively for Boundless members. These will be offered on a drop in basis. You can find more information from our team when you arrive.

Are there any age restrictions?

No. Admission prices vary depending on age.

  • Adults (17 and over) up to 2 tickets: FREE

You will have to show your e-ticket on arrival at the gate to gain admission. Your Boundless ticket will only give you access on the Boundless member day

I have a friend or relative who would like to come as well.

Great, bring them along! Just make sure that the booking is made by a Boundless member and everyone in the group has a ticket.

How and when will I get my tickets?

To buy tickets, please click the yellow box on the right-hand side of your screen. You’ll receive a confirmation email with an e-ticket attached – please print your e-ticket and bring it with you on the day. You will receive detailed information about your day out at least 10 days before the event

What time does the event start and end?

The day will run from 9:30am – 5pm.

What is your refund policy?

Event tickets are non-refundable. This is because we have a very limited number of tickets and we may not be able to reallocate them. Tickets may be transferred to your friends or family, but please email memberevents@boundless.co.uk to inform us of any changes.

How accessible is the site for people with mobility difficulties?

The venue is built over a large, mainly accessible space and some or all activities may take place on grassed or uneven land.

Does the venue offer carer tickets?

Visitors with disabilities can bring a carer with them free of charge. Once you’ve bought your tickets, please email us on memberevents@boundless.co.uk or call 0800 669944 so we can add your carer ticket to your booking. You’ll need to bring relevant proof of entitlement such as a ‘plus one’ travel card or letter from Disability Living Allowance, as this will be asked for on arrival.

Can I bring my dog?

As the venues are wildlife sites dogs are not permitted on site except for working guide dogs.

Please do not leave your dog in your car at any time.
