About the rally

Friday 16 to Monday 19 October 2020

  • Learn how to be a rally marshal
  • Forest of Dean
  • Brilliant facilities

Ever wanted to run a rally at your favourite holiday destination or special place, but not sure what it would involve? Come along to the Camping & Caravanning Committee’s Introduction to Marshalling weekend at Whitemead Forest Park.

Whitemead is  a full-facility site in the Forest of Dean. It has a bar and restaurant, plus you’ll get free use of swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym where you will find like-minded people to help and show you what’s required to run a rally.

If you organise and run a rally within two years of the introduction weekend, your pitch fee will be reimbursed. Light refreshments will be provided during the introduction. There will be entertainment on Friday and Saturday night. Friday is tribute night with a two-course dinner for over-18s (cost TBC) and on Saturday there will be free family-friendly entertainment, including a children’s disco, bingo and  live music.

So get booking and we look forward to seeing you there. Rally fee as deposit. Pitches to be paid in full by 14 September 2020. Please contact Phil Leech for more information or to book.
