8am to 6.30pm, Saturday 2 October 2021
The Classic Vehicle Group are pleased to offer a midlands run.
A leisurely Saturday run through some of the more interesting roads and byways of the Severn and Teme river valleys which is approximately 120 miles return and without stops would take around 4 hours to drive.
The start is at the Mayfly café in The Cob House Country Park near the village of Martley. There is a wide variety of essential pre run refreshments which you can take a look at here.
An interesting drive with no need to rush, just enjoy the countryside and get to know fellow enthusiasts. The start will be from 10:00am with an easy to follow “Tulip” road book. There will also be a rally plate provided.
Our route will take us from Worcestershire into Shropshire and on to Powys for a visit to Powis Castle where there will be lots of time to browse the castle and gardens and partake in some refreshments. Check out there website here.
We will then return to the start area via a different route to the Masons Arms Pub where a table will be booked for an optional group dinner before you make your way home or to your B&B.
A number of B&B rooms are available locally for those who wish to make it a leisurely weekend and stay Friday and/or Saturday night.
An entry form will be on the Boundless website but for more information or to be sent an entry form please contact Geoff Davies.
We look forward to seeing you there.
