Three Ways House Hotel was built in 1871 as a family home and is located in the beautiful Cotswold village of Mickleton. The 48-bedroom honey-coloured stone house has been the home of the famous Pudding Club since 1985 and has attracted global media attention. Its heartfelt mission: to preserve Great British classic puddings.
Dinner on Sunday will be served in the main restaurant and includes tea and coffee. There is always a sweet, sticky classic pudding on the menu. Drinks before dinner can be taken in the bar, or you might like to sit in the lounge. The following morning, help yourself to breakfast from the extensive hot and cold buffet.
On Monday afternoon, there will be a demonstration from chef Tom, who will reveal some of his secrets for baking with chocolate. During the demonstration, he’ll make an amazing three-minute chocolate pudding, which you will be invited to taste, of course! Tonight is Pudding Club night. After a light savoury course, there’ll be a mouthwatering ceremonial parade of seven puddings, each announced by the Pudding Club Master. Then you can make as many trips as you like to the pudding trolley – the record is 25!
The cherry on the top is the certificate you’re awarded to say you have dined at the famous Pudding Club!
About The Pudding Club
After a lovely dinner, you’ll celebrate all-time British classics like sticky toffee pudding and spotted dick. Each sweet treat is served with lashings of custard, and you can eat as much as you like. After tasting an indulgent chocolate sponge or blackberry Eton mess, you will be asked to cast your vote for the winning pudding. And what happens in the Pudding Club doesn’t have to stay in the Pudding Club either: some are available to buy so you can share your faves with family and friends.
