Berkshire Group welcome you to the Carrington Park Rally, set in a stunning location just a short walk from Milford on Sea. The rally takes place at the end of the spit, next to the main site and close to the nature reserve. It’s less than a mile from the Isle of Wight and the views from the top of the Tudor castle are spectacular.
There’s lots to keep you busy in the local area – Milford is a picture-perfect village with plenty of places to eat and drink, and there are gift shops and pop-up galleries. There are lots of attractions close by with Lymington, New Milton, Bournemouthand the New Forest all within easy reach.
Hurst Castle is a stone’s throw away from the rally and a must-see attraction. The perfect location to defend the western approach to the Solent, it was built by Henry VIII in 1544 as part of a chain of coastal fortresses. The castle was modernised during the Napoleonic wars and again in the 1870s when the enormous armoured wings were constructed. During the Second World War, Hurst was manned with coastal gun batteries and searchlights. Since the castle has been open to the public, many more exhibits and exhibitions have been installed, including the Trinity House Lighthouse museum.
This is the perfect rally to get away from it all and is definitely one not to be missed.
Please note you will require your own sanitation and there are no electric hook-ups available.
Your booking will be provisional until a rally booking form and deposit are received by the rally marshals.
