After the success of our recent Seated Chair Exercises which everyone enjoyed we are now offering Seated Zumba Exercises.
Seated Chair Zumba is a brilliant exercise to strengthen the bones and muscles. It offers both physiological and psychological advantages if you are looking to enhance your activity.
This is for both males and females. After our class which will last approximately one hour we will offer tea/coffee or a soft drink so please bring your own mug/cup for this. A selection of biscuits and cakes will probably help to revive you too. You may also want to bring a small bottle of water to sip during our routine.
