7.30pm to 10pm, Wednesday 13 March 2024
Bawdsey Manor was the base where they developed the "Chain Home" radar system which was crucial to our defence in the WW2 "Battle of Britain". Tonight, Paul Whiting will give a talk on the museum which has been set up on the site, the "Bawdsey Radar Museum".
After the talk, there will be the usual refreshments and chance to talk over events.
