The North East London Group would like to invite you to an insightful talk on the Battle Of Barnet.

This was a decisive battle between the Royal Houses of Lancaster and York, now known as The Wars of the Roses. It took place on Easter Sunday, 14th April 471, at Hadley Highstone. The place is marked with an obelisk. This and the subsequent Battle of Tewkesbury secured the throne for Edward The Fourth, House of York, against Henry The Sixth, House of Lancaster.
