10.30am to 4.30pm, Sunday 12 August 2018
Caister Castle was built in 1432 by Sir John Fastolf, and now contains the largest privately owned motor collection open to the public in the UK, with rare veteran, vintage, classic, sports and touring automobiles and motorcycles. If you've a head for heights then climb the 90 foot tower for a magnificent view of the castle ruins and surrounding area.
Refreshments in the tea rooms are limited to drinks and cakes, so bring along a picnic and enjoy an alfresco meal in the well-kept grounds. Admire the moat (deep water!) or have a walk through the wooded area.
Please let me know if you intend to come along (firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01508 571202) and I will send you a group card, which you need to present at the ticket office when you pay in order to get the group discount Bring the card along to the Boundless area in the car park for a free prize draw.
