Anna’s Hope is the leading children’s brain tumour charity in the East of England. It was set up in October 2006 and was inspired by Anna Hughes who sadly died from a brain tumour aged only 3 years and 8 months. The charity was founded by Anna’s mummy and daddy Carole and Rob Hughes.
Brain tumours are the biggest cancer killer of children and young people and for those who survive their lives can be severely compromised. The charity is committed to helping these children reach their full potential.
After 10 years they are making a huge difference to the lives of over 100 children each year with the Anna’s Hope Therapy Team and the Brainbow service they cofounded.
Anna’s Hope is run by Carole and Rob and a few loyal volunteers and every penny donated goes to supporting children with brain tumours.
