Brighton’s Community Kitchen opened in 2018, and this Boundless member-exclusive event gives you a chance to take part in one of their renowned cookery classes online from your own home.

Your chef will be Kanthi Thamma. Well known for setting up Brighton’s Curry Leaf Cafe and Easy Tiger restaurants, chef Khanti also runs gastronomic tours to southern India and has taught more than 50 sold-out classes at the Community Kitchen.

Under Khanti’s expert guidance, you’ll be cooking a sumptuous feast from southern India, including a deliciously vibrant Kerala veg curry with lemon rice and a range of traditional side dishes. Before the event you will be emailed a list of all the ingredients you need to buy and throughout the event they’ll be several opportunities to ask questions and advice.
