Brand Marketing Executive

Location: Britannia House, Station Street, Brighton. Hybrid (at least 3 days in the office to include Mondays).

Contract: 12 month FTC, full time

As part of our exciting ongoing long-term growth plans, we are looking for a dynamic and capable Brand Marketing Executive to work as part of our overall Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in contributing to achieving long-term and short-term marketing objectives, helping to maximize our consumer marketing strategy and effectiveness to grow our membership. In supporting the management of various strategic marketing communications plans including paid media and PR you will contribute to overall marketing and business targets.

About the role:

  • Managing campaigns to deliver the activities of the current strategic marketing and PR plans including tracking, budget monitoring and research, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Helping to prepare annual marketing and PR plans including competitor analysis, data analysis and workflow organization.
  • Working on projects and initiatives including project organisation, preparing and circulation documentation and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Communicating and working with external agencies on marketing activity
  • Staying up to date on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Supporting the Senior Brand Marketing Manager on marketing activity and administration as required.

About you:

  • Experience of working in a marketing environment and a keenness to develop your marketing knowledge.
  • Understanding of marketing funnel frameworks and the market trends across our key audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Highly numerate with knowledge of data analysis.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to build good mutual working relationships.
  • Solution focused, highly organised and adaptive to change.
