Business Systems Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst for our IT team at Boundless.

What’s involved?

Purpose of the role:

The Business Systems Analyst you will support the development and day to day running of back-office business Systems: Scoping, design, delivery and testing of new initiatives and supporting the monitoring and problem management of existing solutions.

Main responsibilities:

The Business Systems Analyst will be working under the direction of the Group Head of Data & Compliance to collaborate on the design and support the implementation of the data architecture for Boundless. You will be responsible for reviewing existing business processes and driving improvements through the evolution of existing applications and services. You will also manage delivery of assigned project activities by working closely with Boundless colleagues and 3rd party suppliers.

What will make you successful?

You will have experience of assessing and improving business processes and delivering assigned project tasks using PM & BA tools and techniques. You will have hands on technical experience of either Microsoft Dynamics or Sitecore CMS platforms with a passion to learn. You will also have good people skills in order to explain technical concepts and collect requirements for the business. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is also essential for this role.
