What Personal Data do we Collect?

When you provide information on this form, you will be asked to submit the following information;

  • Membership number
  • email address
  • the date your caravan insurance is due to end / renew.

We will only be able to provide the promotion to you if you provide us with the personal data requested.

How will we use your Personal Data?

When you provide your details to us, we will process your personal data only for the set out in the terms and conditions. This includes:

Who we share your Personal Data with

When we allow third parties acting on behalf of Boundless to access your information, we will always have complete control of what they see, how long they see it and what they are allowed to do with it by imposing strict contractual obligations on them. We do not sell or share your personal information for other organisations to use.

  • Boundless employees and volunteers.
  • Third party cloud hosting and IT infrastructure providers who host the website and provide IT support in respect of the website.

This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection.

How Long Your Personal Data will be kept

We will retain your personal data for no longer than 12 months after you have provided us with the information. This information will then be removed from your membership account.

Transfer of your Personal Data outside the EEA
