While the current crisis has temporarily affected several aspects of the club, please be assured that our Member Services team are always on hand to support you. In the interest of the health of our team and to ensure we can support you as best we can, please be aware that we have reduced our call centre’s opening hours as follows:

At Boundless we have a duty of care to protect the health, safety and welfare of everyone connected with our club and community, whilst continuing to follow the advice and guidelines from WHO and our government.

With this in mind, we must sadly close our Boundless Breaks properties to help prevent further spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). More information regarding current and future bookings is available below: Boundless Breaks

Our planned member events are also affected. We are monitoring the situation very closely, but we have unfortunately had to cancel four events at this time, and we will keep you updated on further changes to our events schedule. Please also be aware that the way we communicate with you may also be subject to changes. As a club, we are doing our best to deliver the best service we can but, if you have any questions at all about your membership, our member services team are ready to help you on 0800 66 99 44.

In this extremely challenging time please be assured that our members will always be put first, in everything we do. Our content and communities’ teams are continuously looking at ways in which can help you to stay social connected with online activities and competitions – so please do visit regularly.

Dear members,

As the situation concerning COVID-19 (Coronavirus)  continues to escalate here in the UK, some aspects of our club have been temporarily affected, including our events, call centre and leisure properties. We are working hard to ensure that the health and well-being of our people and our members remains our top priority during these challenging times and we want to keep you informed about any changes. We will still be sending regular emails with interesting features, advice and tips. We’re working closely with our partners to bring you the most relevant deals and discounts, and our interest groups will be busy on Facebook. Find out more about our Facebook groups here >

We continue to follow the advice and guidance from the World Health Organisation and our government. As the situation changes, we will be doing our best to stay flexible and respond accordingly. This page will be kept updated with the latest developments, so please do check back regularly.

Boundless is not just a club, but a community. During our 96 years, we have been side by side with our members through the most turbulent of times. We’re here to support you and encourage you to support each other.

Changes to your booking due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), 24 March 2020

Temporary closure of all Boundless Breaks properties

The safety and well-being of our guests and staff is our priority and, as a result of the latest government announcement, we have closed our Boundless Breaks properties in line with current government recommendations.

Whitemead Forest Park (including for arrivals, residents and day guests) is closed from 21 March 2020 up until 21 May 2020 (subject to review).

If you have pre-booked to attend a group event, please check with the organiser as to the status of this event. Please also keep an eye on the event listings on the website to check whether future events have been cancelled or postponed before booking or travelling.
