Boundless Breaks

In these extraordinary circumstances our priority will always be the wellbeing of our members, guests and staff. We continue to welcome guests at our Boundless Break properties and would like to provide reassurance that we have taken all the necessary health and safety measures as we continue to follow the government guidelines regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

We do understand that plans can change for guests who have booked to stay with us, and it can also be difficult to commit to future holiday bookings. Our Book With Confidence guarantee means that, if you’re thinking ahead to your next holiday, we’ll hold your date for you but if something unforeseen like, needing to self-isolate or a localised lockdown happens and you need to change your booking, we’ll hold your deposit or move your break free of charge. This guarantee applies to all Boundless Breaks properties.

In the event that any of our properties need to close due to a local or national lockdown we will provide you with the additional options of holding the price of your booking as credit on your account or a full refund.

For full details of our Book With Confidence guarantee, please visit Boundless Breaks here >

UPDATED 11.00am on Monday 14 September 2020

Boundless Breaks

As we continue to follow the rules announced by the government, from 14 September, any gathering of more than six people in England will be illegal, unless it meets one of a limited list of exemptions – for example, a single household, or a single household with an additional person who is part of their support bubble. Existing Boundless Breaks bookings may be impacted by this, however not all bookings of more than six will necessarily be affected. For instance, a single family of six or more, living as one household can continue with their booking.

If you have a Boundless Breaks booking where the total number within the accommodation unit is more than six, and you do not fall into the same household or support bubble category – we’re able to offer you options with regard to your booking:

  1. You can reduce the size of your party to a maximum of six people.
  2. You can rearrange your break for a future date within the next 12 months.
  3. We can hold the price of your booking as credit on your account.
  4. We can provide you with a full refund.

For more information on the options above and information on future bookings for more than six people, please visit the Boundless Breaks website >

For government guidance on what constitutes as a ‘household’ or ‘support bubble’, please click here >

We’ll be emailing guests with more than six people booked into their accommodation, in order of upcoming bookings, to ask you to adhere to the latest government legislation. We’ll provide a contact email address which you’ll be able to use to organise one of the options above if your booking is impacted by the new rule. Again, we extend our thanks to all our Boundless Breaks guests for their patience as we continue to manage the changing situation regarding the pandemic.

Take care of yourself and those around you.

The Boundless team.
