We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive for our Marketing team at Boundless.

What’s involved?

Purpose of the role:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, writing and delivering acquisition, retention and engagement communications and campaigns for Boundless retail members B2B and B2C across online and offline activity.

You will join Boundless at an important point in the delivery of a new strategy and will be instrumental in shaping the email communications to improve the retention and engagement of our members.

Main responsibilities:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the overall member experience and contact strategy for existing members, resulting in an increase of retention and engagement. You will be delivering cross channel campaigns by working with partners and ensuring all marketing campaigns are tracked accurately. You will be working closely with insight and data teams to understand our current members and potential members and use this to tailor campaigns and maximise ROI and improve membership journeys. The role will require you to follow approval processes to ensure FCA compliance is adhered to within all own marketing activity.

What will make you successful?

You will have proven multiple campaign management skills and experience in managing marketing plans. You will have wide knowledge and experience that covers the full marketing mix and knowledge and proven email channel experience. Experience in B2B and B2C marketing is also essential.
