Need to know more about WWT?

What is accepted form of photo identification? 

WWT accept passports, driving licences and other forms of photo identification such as photo railcards and photo bus passes. If you’re not sure what is accepted, please telephone the centre you’re visiting in advance for further information.

Do I have to pre-book my entry tickets?

No. Simply show up at the gate with your Boundless membership card and a form of photo identification.

Can anyone use my membership card?

No. Free admission to WWT is only available to Boundless members. When you arrive, you’ll be asked to show your membership card with a form of photo identification.

How many children can I bring and what age do they need to be to qualify for free entry? 

Boundless members can bring up to six children under the age of 16 for free per visit. For children to qualify for free entry, they must be accompanied by a Boundless member.

Can I bring a guest? 

Boundless members can bring one adult guest for free per visit. For an adult guest to qualify for free entry, they must be accompanied by a Boundless member.

Are WWT centres accessible? 

All WWT centres have pathways and hides suitable for wheelchair access. You’ll find full access guides listed on the WWT website for each centre – covering the full extent of options, from the accessibility of pathways and hides, the availability of wheelchair and mobility scooter hire and/or borrow status, hearing loops and large print materials. Is there parking at WWT? 

Yes, there is free parking at all WWT centres. Please make sure you give your registration number at the admissions desk at our London centre to avoid a fine.

Can I leave a donation? 

WWT are the UK’s leading wetland conservation charity. They’re working to create a world where healthy wetland nature thrives and enriches lives.

To benefit from unlimited addmission benefits, members must be present and provide their membership card and a valid form of photo identification. Boundless admission benefits are only available on general admission. Excludes ticketed events.
