Tatton Park is a Grade 1 listed estate in Cheshire, dating from medieval times.
Located in beautiful parkland, the neo-classical mansion’s opulent state rooms and fascinating servants’ quarters give you a real insight into life above and below stairs.
Journey through time and the history of landscaping itself on a stroll around the world-famous Japanese Garden and stunning glasshouses. Tatton’s own farm specialises in rare-breed animals such as Tamworth pigs and Leicester Longwool sheep, and the house is surrounded by a landscaped 1,000-acre deer park.
There’s plenty for the kids to do too, with an adventure park open for the little ones.
Collect your free parkland map upon arrival and get stuck into nature on one of Tatton’s wonderful walking trails. Explore the lakes, ancient trees, the Dairy Wood Way nature trail and so much more.
At the end of the day, we’ll be holding our free prize draw – it’s a great opportunity to win some Tatton Park goodies to take home with you.
Tickets
- Boundless members can book a maximum of four tickets per membership number.
- Adults (aged 16 and over): £5 per ticket – that’s a saving of £9 per ticket.
- Children (aged 4 – 15): £5 per ticket – that’s a saving of £3 per ticket.
*Saving of £45.50 compares four Boundless adult tickets to the on-the-door price of four adults of £56 and parking for one vehicle at £9.50. (saving excludes on-site Boundless benefits).
Boundless tickets are only available in advance and cannot be bought on the day. Tickets are subject to availability and cannot be sold or transferred. The booking member must be present on the day and show their Boundless membership card and identification to access the museum. Guests must be accompanied by the booking member.
The Boundless team attend all our events to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible. We’ll also have our official Boundless photographer on site to capture the best moments for you, your family and friends. All photos will be available for you to download after the event. If you upload any of your own pictures to social media be sure to use the hashtag #bemoreboundless for a chance to be featured on our social pages.
By buying tickets, you’re agreeing to have your photo taken and any images used on our marketing platforms. If you’d prefer not to have your photo taken or appear on our website or social pages, please let us know when you arrive and we’ll make sure arrangements are made.

How do I get there?
The address is Tatton Park, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 6QN
Tatton Park is signposted from Junction 7 of the M56 and Junction 19 of the M6. The entrance to the park is approximately half a mile from Knutsford Railway Station and we recommend you use postcode WA16 6SG for Sat Nav systems.

Where do I park?
Entry to the parkland is free to Boundless members and included within your ticket
What should I do when I arrive?
When you arrive, come and see the Boundless team by the entrance and we’ll give you everything you need for the day, including your admission lanyard and entry into the prize draw. More information will be emailed to you 2weeks before the event.
Are there any age restrictions?
All guests will need an admission ticket. Children aged 3 and under are free and don’t need a ticket.
I have a friend or family member who wants to come as well
Great, bring them along! The only provision is that the booking must be made by a Boundless member and that everyone who attends has a valid admission ticket. The Boundless member will have to show their membership card and identification on the day and any guests will have to accompany them on arrival. Due to ticket capacity members are entitled to bring a maximum of three guests (including children).
Only tickets purchased through Boundless will entitle you to members’ day benefits. Boundless tickets must be reserved in advanced and will not be available on the day.
What time does this event start and end?
The day runs from 10am – 5pm.
Can tickets be transferred?
Once you’ve purchased your event tickets, they can’t be transferred as a current member with valid membership card needs to be present. This is because we have a very limited number of tickets and must ensure the offer benefits Boundless members.
How accessible is the venue?
The venue has made every effort to be accessible for all. However,as a historic house and 1930s maintained farm, some areas may present mobility issues. Please visit the venue’s accessibility pages here for up-to-date information.
Are dogs allowed on site?
Tatton Park welcomes dogs in the main parkland area and, to ensure everyone has a enjoyable day out, they have a dog-walking policy that can be reviewed here. Only assistance dogs only are allowed in the gardens, play area, mansion, Old Hall, shops and restaurants.
