Can I book more than one room?
AYou can book two rooms at the same time on our website — just select 'add another room'. It isn't possible to book more than two rooms at the same time, two separate bookings are needed. Complete the first booking and then load the quote again from our homepage.
What is a mystery hotel?
AOur mystery hotels are a great way of booking an airport hotel at a cheaper price. The only catch is you don't know which hotel it is until the booking has been confirmed. Once you've booked you'll receive an email confirmation to let you know which one it is.
How do I search for a different room type?
AOn the homepage, you can select the room type you need from a dropdown list.
Which hotel is best for my terminal?
AWe include transfer information on all our products which you can find at the time of searching for a product with us or by clicking the blue 'Info' link.
I need to ask for a room that's near a lift or on the ground floor. How can I arrange this?
AOnce you've made your booking you can add a request in the dropdown box. The hotel will try their best to help where they can, but your request can't be guaranteed.
