Uncover centuries of history and beautiful parkland at Tatton Park

8 June 2024 – save up to £45.50*

Join Boundless this June for a great day out at Tatton Park, Cheshire – a Grade 1-listed estate set in beautiful parkland. Dating from medieval times – its deer park was created by Royal Charter in 1290 – it includes a neo-classical mansion, walking trails through rolling landscapes, and glorious grounds that include a working kitchen garden, spectacular Japanese gardens and a working farm with rare-breed animals such as Tamworth pigs and Leicester Longwool sheep. Not forgetting those freely wandering deer, of course. 

Inside the mansion, you’ll get a real insight into life above and below stairs as you marvel at its opulent state rooms and imagine what it was like to live in the servants’ quarters. With activities for all ages, from interactive exhibits to an adventure park for the children, there's something for everyone to enjoy and the Boundless team will be there to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

Walk with the animals at Yorkshire Wildlife Park

6 July 2024 – save up to £79.96*

Discover the magic of this sanctuary for endangered animals, home to 70 rare and beautiful species roaming in spacious, comfortable animal reserves designed to replicate each animal’s natural environment. Project Polar, a 10-acre reserve, is home to six polar bears, the largest collection in England – that’s an unforgettable experience in itself, but there’s much more to this immersive park. You can explore Into Africa!, where majestic lions, zebras, and giraffes roaming the plains; head to the Land of the Tigers and get a glimpse of the magnificent Amur Tigers; and explore the walk-through enclosures such as Wallaby Walkabout, Lemur Woods and Amazonas, where tamarins, marmosets and capybaras roam freely.

Treat yourself to a day at the Foodies Festival

31 August 2024 – save up to £60*

This year, the UK’s biggest food, drink and music festival will be landing at Guildford for the first time, and Boundless will be there to enjoy it. It’s a treat-filled, fun-packed day out, whether you want to learn how to make a show-stopping cake with Great British Bake Off stars in the Baking Theatre, sample delicious street food, set your young 'uns on the foodie trail with a kids cookery session, watch MasterChef Champions, Michelin-starred and top local chefs cooking their signature summer recipes in the La Española Chefs Theatre – or just relax with a drink and enjoy the live music.

The tunes will be provided courtesy of tribute acts, covers bands and superb local groups, with Sister Sledge headlining on the day. Other attractions include silent discos, chilli-eating competitions, fairground rides, walkabout artists, drum troops, choirs, children’s activities and family-friendly areas. It’s a veritable feast for the soul.

Have a wild time at Marwell Zoo

14 September – save up to £60*

With hundreds of endangered and exotic species, and 140 acres of parkland, Marwell Zoo will keep every family member enthralled. From snow leopards and giraffes to pygmy hippos and red pandas, there are plenty of animal stars to see. Watch out for the bearded emperor tamarin, one of our personal favourites.   

Alongside dozens of enclosures, there’s the Tropical House, a multi-million pound innovative exhibit that highlights the flow of energy through life and ecosystems. Here, you can listen to the calls of the yellow-throated frogs below a cascading waterfall, admire the Linné’s two-toed sloth in the lush forest canopy and spot birds darting over the exhibit’s 70,000-litre aquarium, which is home to more than 2,500 fish.

It’s a fantastic venue for families, with five different adventure parks, feed time throughout the day, and plenty of venues offering food and drink. And the Boundless team will be on hand to help make sure you get the very best out of your day.

Step back in time at the Black Country Living Museum

28 September – save up to £51.80*

The Black Country’s industrial heritage, with all its innovation and manufacturing skills, is brought to life in the most engaging ways at this celebrated open air museum. The restored canalside village full of houses, shops and industrial workshops, costumed characters, and the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, really bring this period to life. 

As you explore the site – a prominent location in the Peaky Blinders series – you can experience life as an 1850s miner, watch a vintage film in a 1920s cinema, take a ride on a tram, take a vintage fairground ride, and taste the wares of a 1930s fish and chip shop, baker’s shop and traditional sweet shop or sup a drink in one of two pubs.
