2026 Annual General Meeting
The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Civil Service Motoring Association Ltd will be held on Tuesday 6 October 2026 in the Minster Suite at DoubleTree by Hilton, Paradise Way, Walsgrave Triangle, Coventry CV2 2ST.
Refreshments and Boundless updates will be available from 1.00pm, with the AGM commencing at 2.00pm.
The Annual General Meeting Agenda will include:
Consideration of the Annual Report and Accounts
Appointments of Auditors
Consideration of any resolutions or motions
The Governors Report
The announcement of the results of the ballots in respect of Association roles including1:
Association Chair
Independent Council Member.
Deadline for all nominations, motions2 and supporting paperwork is 9.00am on Tuesday 2 June 2026. The full meeting agenda will be available and voting will open from Tuesday 15 September 2026.

This year the AGM will be live-streamed, which means that members who are not able to attend will be able to watch the AGM on-line3. Further information on how to access the live stream will be shared closer to the event.
Please note:
1 The Association roles to be elected at the 2026 AGM will be advertised on the Boundless website boundless.co.uk/agm.
2 Members may submit a motion for consideration at the AGM in accordance with the procedure set out in the Articles of the Association.
3 The meeting may be recorded and/or filmed for governance, record keeping and communication purposes. By attending the meeting in person members consent to the use of their image, voice and contributions in such recordings. For further information about data protection, please refer to our AGM Privacy Notice.
Members watching remotely will not be able to speak and will not be seen on screen. However, we intend that there will be a facility for members watching the AGM on-line to send questions during the meeting via a questions box on screen. We will try to get through as many of the questions as possible during the meeting.
A member wishing to vote needs either to attend the meeting or to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf.
