Our values
Create Value for Members
We are here for our members. We are here to create value for them. Always think about the outcomes and consider the impact of your work and your decisions, and the effect they have on attracting and keeping members.
Innovate and Experiment
We always keep moving forward with a mindset of learning, innovation and creativity. Don't get stuck in your ways and don't let failure put you off trying something new. And have fun along the way!
Keep it Simple and Lean
We need to focus on what matters - the things that contribute the most to critical business outcomes and keep us moving forward. So, be smart and efficient with your time, energy and resources. And don't overcook it!
Take Ownership
Challenge comes with the job. So, look for solutions, not problems. And when you find the solution, take the initiative: own it, be accountable for it, and get on and do it.
Be Considerate and Supportive
We are proud of our supportive and inclusive culture we created. Trust and respect form an important part of it. So, trust your colleagues and team and live up to the trust they have in you. Be respectful and considerate of other's needs and perspectives and always act with compassion and kindness.
