Welcome to our Boundless Member Panel
Our Member Panel is a growing community of more than 2,500 members involved, and we really value the role it plays. Your feedback helps us understand what matters most to you and shapes what we do with the club.
What to expect
We’ll send you up to four short online surveys a year. There may also be opportunities to take part in polls, longer surveys, focus groups and short interviews about essential parts of your membership. Please note, participation in the panel is voluntary and unpaid, with chances to win prize draws for those who participate!

Putting members first – how has the Member Panel helped shape our club?
The panel provides regular feedback on all areas of membership to help create improvements across the club. By completing our short surveys, panel members are providing useful insights which we use to make positive changes.

Survey prize draw terms and conditions
1. The prize draw is open to Boundless members that are part of the Member Panel
2. Win one of three £25 Love2shop vouchers.
3. By completing the Member Panel Survey emailed on 30 September, you are automatically entered into the prize draw.
4. Three winners will be drawn independently and at random from Panel members that complete the survey.
5. Closing date for completing the survey and entering the draw is 23.59 on Wednesday 14 October 2026.
6. The winners will be contacted via email and should confirm their name and membership number. If the winner doesn’t have an email address on their account, we will contact them by phone. Prizes are usually sent out within six weeks of the closing date unless otherwise notified and this will be fulfilled if possible, but occasionally may take longer.
7. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of equivalent value.
8. No cash alternative will be offered and the price is non-negotiable. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or re-sold.
