When will my membership renew?
Your membership renews on your renewal date, which is 12 months from when you joined or last renewed. You'll receive a reminder email in the weeks before your renewal date so there are no surprises.
How will I be charged for my renewal?
If you pay by Direct Debit or have a card subscription set up, your renewal payment will be taken automatically using the payment method on file. If you originally paid by one-off card payment, your membership won't renew automatically; you'll need to make a new payment when your renewal date comes round. We'll email you either way to let you know what's happening and when.
Can I change my membership tier or payment method when I renew?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier, and switch between Direct Debit or a one-off card payment, ahead of your renewal date from your account.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a renewal payment doesn't go through, we'll email you to let you know and give you a short window to update your payment details before your membership lapses. Your benefits stay active during this window.
Can I cancel my renewal?
Yes, if you pay by card subscription you can switch off auto-renewal at any time from your account, or cancel your Direct Debit, and your membership will simply end on your current renewal date. If you paid by one-off card, you can just choose not to make the renewal payment. Either way, you'll keep full access to your benefits until your renewal date.
Will my membership number or account stay the same after I renew?
Yes. Renewing keeps your existing account, membership number, and any linked partner benefits. There's nothing you need to re-register.
Do I need to do anything if I'm on Direct Debit?
No action needed. Your Direct Debit will continue automatically, and you'll be notified in advance in line with the Direct Debit Guarantee.
