How we choose our partners
We’re selective about who we work with. Before a partner joins us, we carry out the appropriate checks for the services they provide – looking at things like financial stability, insurance, and whether they’re regulated where needed. For example, financial providers should be authorised by the FCA, and travel companies may be ABTA or ATOL protected.
Just as importantly, we look for partners who genuinely look after their customers – those with a strong reputation, good feedback, or recognised awards. In short, organisations we’d feel comfortable recommending to someone we know.
