Annual General Meeting 2026

Join us for the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Civil Service Motoring Association Ltd.

Register to take part in the live-streamed and submit your questions to the room. Boundless updates will be available from 1:30pm, with the meeting commencing from 2pm.

The event will be hosted at the DoubleTree Hilton in Coventry, but you can join us online. The meeting will include the Annual Report and Accounts, auditor appointments, the Governors' Report, consideration of resolutions and motions and the announcement of ballot results for Association roles.

However, we intend that there will be a facility for members watching the AGM on-line to send questions during the meeting via a questions box on screen. We will try to get through as many of the questions as possible during the meeting. A member wishing to vote needs either to attend the meeting or to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf.}
