Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew

Founded as Royal Botanic Gardens in 1840, Kew and Wakehurst are both important scientific centres for the study of botany, as well as stunning gardens that are open to the public year-round, with over 50,000 living plants to be found across the Unesco World Heritage site.
