What do I need to take with me?

When visiting the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace and Hillsborough Castle and Gardens, remember to bring along:

Admission to Kew Gardens is needed to access any HRP site within Kew. Use unlimited admission to Kew Gardens when you visit. You’ll need to bring your membership card and a valid form of photo ID.

Can I pre-book my visit?

Pre-booking is not available for any Historic Royal Palaces sites with Boundless Plus. In busy periods you will be given the next available timeslot on the day. Always check site opening times and visitor information before you visit.

What is the age limit for free child admission?

Children under 5 go free at Historic Royal Palaces sites and do not require an admissions ticket. For Boundless Plus members, admission is provided for two children under the age of 18 per visit, but a Boundless Plus member must be present for the free child admission to apply.

Can anyone use my membership card?

Free admission to Historic Royal Palaces sites is only available to Boundless Plus members. To benefit from unlimited admission, a Boundless Plus member must be present and provide the necessary forms of identification.

Unlimited access: Unlimited access to Historic Royal Palaces sites is only available to Boundless Plus members. Excludes ticketed events and attractions. To benefit from unlimited admission benefits, a Boundless Plus member must be present and provide the necessary forms of identification.

To visit the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace and Hillsborough Castle and Gardens, Boundless Plus members must be present and provide their Palace Pass, Boundless Plus membership card, a valid form of photo identification.

Admission to Kew Gardens is needed to access any site within Kew. Boundless Plus members are advised to use their Kew Gardens admission benefits when they visit.

Pre-booking is not available for any Historic Royal Palaces sites with Boundless Plus. Admittance is at the next available timeslot – please be aware that you may have to queue and wait on busy days.

All visitors must follow health and safety guidelines, which will be clearly communicated on site, and play their part in keeping everyone safe.

Historic Royal Palaces reserves the right to refuse admittance at any time.

Palace Pass: The Palace Pass is only available to Boundless Plus members and will be provided as a voucher by Boundless. The voucher is valid as part of Boundless by CSMA's Corporate Membership with Historic Royal Palaces. The voucher has no cash value and is non-transferrable, cannot be re-sold and can only be used by the voucher owner. The voucher cannot be used to reserve tickets in advance of the visit date and does not confer any preferential treatment, or ability to queue jump or similar. The voucher is only valid up to and including the date of expiry.
