Brighton’s Community Kitchen opened in 2018, and this Boundless member-exclusive event gives you a chance to take part in one of their renowned cookery classes online from your own home.
Your chef Jethro has a simple and friendly approach to exploring global cuisines and enjoys cooking recipes that are down to earth and fun.
Today he’ll be showing you how to make okonomiyaki, a delicious Japanese savoury pancake featuring lots of tasty ingredients including prawns and ginger, and finished with a traditional sauce.
Before the event we’ll email you a list of all the ingredients you need to buy and there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions throughout the class.
