Brighton’s Community Kitchen opened in 2018, and this Boundless member-exclusive event gives you a chance to take part in one of their renowned cookery classes online from your own home.

Your chef will be Kanthi Thamma. Well known for setting up Brighton’s Curry Leaf Cafe and Easy Tiger restaurants, chef Khanti also runs gastronomic tours to southern India and has taught more than 50 sold-out classes at the Community Kitchen.
