About the tripJoin fellow Boundless members for a fun and relaxing trip to Pilmoor Cottages near Helperby. Pilmoor Cottages offers a delightful year-round garden, appealing to both rail enthusiasts and garden lovers alike. A highlight of the visit is a ride on the 7¼ inch gauge railway, which winds its way through two acres of beautifully maintained gardens, offering a unique view of the surroundings. The journey takes you across water, through a small woodland area, past colourful flower borders, and through a tunnel behind a rockery and water cascade, as well as alongside a wildflower meadow and pond. Part of the National Garden Scheme and open by appointment only, the cost is £10 per person, which includes tea or coffee and a cake or scone. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring a packed lunch, with tables available in the garden from 12:00pm. Please refer to the attached booking form for further details. All members, along with family and friends, are warmly invited to join this special outing. |

Activities vary from group to group and can include anything from a museum visit or pub lunch to a guest speaker talk or games night. Groups are always pleased to welcome new faces.
In most cases, yes. Guests are welcome at social events, as long as one person attending is a Boundless member.

This depends on the event. Many social events are free, particularly those held at local venues. Some events, such as trips or special activities, may have a cost, but you may also be able to take advantage of exclusive Boundless member discounts.
