To get started you will need to activate your cover, follow the steps to complete a short activation form to confirm your nominated vehicle. Your Roadside Assist cover will take effect 24 hours after activation.

If you currently work or have previously worked for – or have retired from – the public sector or civil service, you can join Boundless. This includes civil service departments as well as public sector employers like the NHS, armed forces, emergency services, education, government agencies and local authorities. Roadside Assist by Britannia Rescue covers anyone driving your nominated vehicle, providing that they have the appropriate insurance to drive and the owner’s permission to use the vehicle. To be covered in any other vehicle, you’ll need a separate breakdown cover policy.
Certain size and weight limits apply, but generally Britannia Rescue cover any motorised vehicle requiring motor insurance to be driven on public roads. Your nominated vehicle must be in a roadworthy condition, with valid road tax, a current MOT and serviced and maintained in line with manufacturer guidelines. Free Roadside Assist by Britannia Rescue is only available to Boundless Plus members. To benefit from free roadside assistance and local breakdown recovery, a Boundless Plus member must complete an activation form to confirm their nominated vehicle. Cover will take effect 24 hours after activation and will remain in place for as long as the member has Boundless Plus. If you cancel Boundless Plus at any time, your Roadside Assist cover will be terminated.
