Jaguar's first performance crossover has turned out to be the fastest-selling model in the marque's history.
The F-Pace is the first performance crossover model ever produced by Jaguar and it was worth the wait. The exterior design is super stylish and the car has the distinction of being the fastest-selling Jaguar in history. It has stayed true to the C-X17 concept car unveiled in 2013 and recently it won the World Car of the Year and World Car Design of 2017 awards. Take a look at its lines and you will see why the F-Pace has picked up masses of gongs since its launch last year.
The interior of the F-Pace is luxurious: as you would expect from a Jaguar, it's plush and glossy has a list of standard features as long as your arm. There are heated leather electrically adjustable seats, tablet-style touchscreen, multiple airbags, panoramic roof and parking aids front and rear.
It also ticks the practical box with its sizeable luggage space of up to 1740-litres.
The all-new F-Pace boasts the world debut of Jaguar’s Activity Key. This is a waterproof, shockproof wristband with a transponder that allows you to leave the keyfob locked in the car. That way you can go off surfing or kayaking not worrying about losing your keys and just concentrating instead on having fun. Clever stuff.
With Jaguar being part of the famous Land Rover brand, this new crossover was always going to have the necessary technology for optimum handling and grip. It didn’t disappoint with oodles of traction, come rain or shine. You could buy the bonkers-supercharged petrol version but the 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine produces enough poke and punch to get the job done. The F-Pace is a premium choice.
