Step back in time for a day of history, beauty and adventure

Set within 125 acres of award-winning gardens, this magnificent 14th-century castle blends centuries of royal history with breathtaking scenery, making it a perfect day out for families, history lovers and anyone who enjoys exploring beautiful places.
Inside the Castle, wander through richly panelled rooms filled with fine furniture, antiques and one of the most impressive collections of Tudor portraits in the country, including Anne Boleyn’s own prayer books. Outside, stroll through the Italian Garden with its classical statues, the Tudor topiary chess set, and the colourful English Rose Garden before relaxing beside the lake at the beautiful Loggia terrace.
There’s fun for everyone across the estate, from the thrilling Water Maze and 100-year-old Yew Maze to the adventure playgrounds and picnic areas. With stunning grounds, fascinating exhibitions like 'Capturing a Queen: The Image of Anne Boleyn', and great family attractions, Hever Castle offers something special for every age — and your Boundless membership makes it even better value.
