This fascinating museum tells the story of Southampton’s people, their lives and their deep connection with the sea. Through immersive exhibitions, interactive displays and remarkable artefacts, visitors can explore centuries of maritime history in a way that’s engaging for all ages.
At the centre of the museum is the powerful Southampton’s Titanic Story exhibition, which reveals the personal stories of the crew and families whose lives were forever changed when the Titanic set sail from Southampton in 1912.
With hands-on displays, engaging exhibits and fascinating objects throughout the galleries, SeaCity Museum offers a brilliant cultural day out for families, history lovers and curious explorers alike.

The nearest parking is the West Park Road multi-storey car park (SO15 1DQ), located just a short five-minute walk downhill from SeaCity Museum.

What should I do when I arrive?
Go directly to the main entrance and present your Boundless e-ticket for entry. There’s no need to check in with a Boundless team on this occasion.

Yes, Boundless members can book tickets for up to four guests (including children) within their allocation at the Boundless member prices.
What time does the event run?
The museum is open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with last entry at 4:00 pm.
How do I get my tickets?
E-tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see them.
