Boundless members can book up to five subsidised member tickets for a maximus two adults and three children
Everyone attending needs a ticket. Free tickets for children under 2 do not count towards your five-ticket allocation.

Save up to £40 per paid ticket compared with standard gate prices for the equivalent Christmas experience, including admission, Santa and the pantomime.
Tickets are limited and must be booked in advance. There will be no tickets available on the day.
Bringing more family or friends?
You can add extra tickets and still save on standard admission: £25 per person.
Before you book
Christmas Wonderland is a festive family experience, so the full theme park will not be operating.
Every guest is guaranteed a Santa visit and pantomime performance. Your allocated times will be emailed approximately two weeks before the event and cannot be selected during booking. Guests booked on the same order will be allocated together.
The booking member must attend with their guests and show their membership card and ID on arrival.

Is parking included?
No. Parking charges apply and are payable directly to Drayton Manor. Parking currently costs £9.90 when pre-booked online or £11.90 when paid on the day.
What should I do when I arrive?
Head to the Boundless welcome point at the entrance, where our team will be ready to greet you. The booking member will need to show their e-ticket, Boundless membership card and ID.
What time can I arrive?
You can arrive from 10.30am, but please allow plenty of time before your allocated Santa visit and pantomime performance. Allocated times cannot be changed if you arrive late.
Which rides and attractions will be open?
Christmas Wonderland is designed as a festive family experience rather than a traditional theme park day. While the full park will not be operating, many of Drayton Manor's most popular family attractions will be open, including Thomas Land, Drayton Manor Zoo, Accelerator, Carousel, Jolly Buccaneer and Bounty, alongside Santa's Grotto, the family pantomime and festive entertainment throughout the park.
For most families, this event is all about enjoying the Christmas atmosphere, meeting Santa, watching the pantomime and making festive memories together.
How will I receive my tickets?
Your e-tickets will be emailed immediately after booking. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive them.
When will I receive my Santa and pantomime times?
Your Santa visit and pantomime performance times will be emailed approximately two weeks before the event as part of your final joining instructions.
Can I choose my Santa and pantomime times?
No. Times are allocated by Drayton Manor and cannot be selected during booking.
However, every guest booked onto the event is guaranteed both a Santa visit and a pantomime performance as part of their ticket package.
Will everyone in my group be given the same times?
Yes. Guests booked as part of the same order will be allocated together so they can enjoy both experiences as a group.
Are tickets transferable?
No. Tickets are linked to your membership and the booking member must attend.
Can I bring my dog?
Only guide and assistance dogs are permitted within the park.
