Ticket Details
Boundless members can book up to five subsidised member tickets, including a maximum of two adult tickets.
Everyone attending needs a ticket. Free tickets for children aged 4 and under do not count towards your five-ticket allocation.

Need more tickets?

What time should I arrive and how long is the trail?
Please arrive by 5.45pm for your 6.00pm entry.
Allow approximately 60–90 minutes to enjoy the trail, depending on your pace and how long you spend at each installation.
When will I receive my tickets?
E-tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase. Please check your junk folder if needed.
Do I need to print my ticket?
There is no need to print your ticket before arrival, however as reception can be limited you may find it easier having a printed ticket.
Mobile phone signal can be limited, so we recommend downloading or screenshotting your tickets before you arrive.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available within the building.
Is parking included and where do I park?
Yes. Parking is included with your Boundless ticket. When you arrive, a parking attendant will check your ticket and direct you where to park. The team will then check your Boundless e-ticket at the entrance before you enter Illuminated.
Can I book for guests?
Yes. Boundless members can book up to five subsidised tickets per membership.
If you need extra spaces for friends, family or extended guests, additional tickets can also be purchased at a reduced rate.
Are tickets transferable?
No. Tickets are exclusive to Boundless members and the booking member must attend.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are not permitted at Illuminated, except certified working assistance dogs.
Can I bring a bike or scooter?
Bikes, scooters and other ride-on devices, including balance bikes, are not permitted at this event. Mobility scooters, wheelchairs and other equipment used to support access are permitted on the trail.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that Illuminated is cancelled due to severe weather or any other operational reason, we will contact all booked members by email as soon as we are informed by the venue that the event will no longer be taking place.
Please be aware that if cancellation is due to adverse weather, this decision may not be made until the day of the event. The decision to proceed, delay or cancel the event rests entirely with the venue and is outside of Boundless’ control.
Where the venue cancels the event, Boundless will provide a full refund of all ticket payments.
Please note that while we will refund the cost of your event tickets, Boundless cannot refund any travel, accommodation or other associated costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
Due to the complexity of the event, venue availability and operational requirements, any cancelled event will not be postponed or rearranged to an alternative date. If the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued in accordance with the above policy.
We will only issue cancellation notices and refunds once the venue has formally confirmed that the event has been cancelled. Until then, members should assume the event is going ahead as planned.
Will food and drink be available?
Yes. Hot and cold drinks, snacks and treats will be available in the Restaurant, with fresh hot food and drinks also available along the trail.
What should I wear?
Illuminated takes place outdoors after dark, so wrap up warmly and wear comfortable, sturdy footwear suitable for winter weather. Some parts of the trail may be uneven or softer underfoot.
Will the Boundless team be there?
Yes. A Boundless representative will be at the event to welcome members and help everything run smoothly.
