About the rallyThursday 4 June - Monday 8 June 2026A warm welcome awaits you at our special Berkshire Group rally as we celebrate 10 years of camping and caravanning together. Running from Thursday to Monday, this countryside escape promises fun, friendship, and a few surprises along the way. Ideally located just 6 miles from Basingstoke, 11 miles from Newbury, and 12 miles from Reading, the site offers easy access to lively town centres with a great choice of shops, cafes, and places to explore. Nearby attractions include the Silchester Roman Wall and Amphitheatre, an English Heritage site just 3.3 miles away, and The Vyne, a stunning Tudor National Trust house and gardens, only 4 miles or around a 15 minute drive from the campsite. To mark this special occasion, we have added a few extra touches, including a Western theme for this year’s rally, with fancy dress optional and prizes for the best dressed cowboy and cowgirl. On Friday evening, we will be hosting line dancing lessons for anyone who would like to join in, and on Saturday night, we will celebrate in style with a lively party and food for everyone to enjoy. We are also exploring the option of hiring a local fishing lake for day fishing, following requests from some of our regular attendees. Further details will be shared soon. Whether you are looking to relax, explore, or dance the night away, we look forward to celebrating this special milestone with you. |
