The genius minds at Bletchley Park in Buckinghamshire played a vital role in helping Britain win the Second World War, cracking the codes that ultimately thwarted Hitler’s nefarious plans. From your base at the Sarova Bull Hotel in Gerrards Cross, you’ll be just a 25-minute train ride from Marylebone station, giving you easy access to the capital and its myriad festive delights. Browse the Christmas markets – Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square are among our favourites – go ice skating at Somerset House and witness London’s famous streets transformed by twinkly lights.
