Tamar Group

The Tamar Group is a friendly and welcoming community of volunteers, bringing together members, their partners, and guests across Plymouth and the surrounding Devon area.

Members enjoy occasional outings to local attractions including historic landmarks, museums, and cultural events, including an annual visit to the RAF Harrowbeer 1940s Weekend in the summer.

The group meets on the second Friday of every month to enjoy a varied series of guest speaker talks and activities. These meetings always feature a complimentary buffet or cream tea and members are encouraged to contribute ideas for future events.
