Event Submission Process
A Single Event Notice (SEN) form must be submitted at least 8 weeks before the event. This allows time for event checks to be completed and for the event to be promoted on the Boundless website.
After your SEN form is submitted, the Member Communities team will review the details and confirm whether a risk assessment is needed. Some events won’t require one.
Once the Member Communities team have reviewed the SEN and relevant risk assessment if required, they will approve the event. You will receive an email confirming that your event is now on the website and good to go.
