Social Break Host

If you enjoy meeting people, helping others feel comfortable and being part of a supportive community, hosting a social break could be a great fit for you.

Social Break Host Guidelines

Our Social Break Hosts play a key role in creating warm, welcoming and memorable experiences for Boundless members.

Below you’ll find an overview of what the role involves, what support you’ll receive, and what you can expect when hosting one of our much‑loved member breaks.

What Does a Social Break Host Do?

  • Welcoming members when they arrive at the hotel and being a recognisable point of contact.

  • Hosting the welcome meeting and sharing key information about the stay, dining times and local attractions.

  • Encouraging social interaction and helping guests feel involved.

  • Collecting feedback at the end of the break to help shape future events.

Hosts do not handle accommodation or booking issues as these are always dealt with directly by the hotel.

Who can Become a Social Break Host?

We welcome applications from Boundless members who:

  • Enjoy talking to people and creating a friendly atmosphere.

  • Are happy to represent Boundless and it's ethos.

  • Are approachable, patient and non-judgemental.
