After the Event

Clean Up

After the event finishes, work together to make sure you leave the venue clean and tidy by following the requirements in your hire agreement.

Clearing away rubbish, packing up equipment and restoring the space to its original condition is an important part of running an event, and it reflects positively on you as a volunteer and on Boundless as an organisation.

Say Thank You

Take time after your event to thank the volunteers, partners and suppliers who helped make it happen.

You can also share positive feedback, photos and highlights from the event on your Group's Facebook page if you have one to celebrate everyone’s contribution.

Attendance

Please send your event attendance figures to membercommunities@boundless.co.uk

This is the number of members and the number of guests attending. Please send as soon as possible and no later then 4 weeks after the event.

The difference between a member and guests:

Members: Any individual who is a paid up (or honorary) member of Boundless, plus anyone who is directly related to them (spouses, partners, etc.) who live at the same address as the member.

Guests: Anyone who attends an event that doesn’t fall in to the above category.
