Boundless members can book up to five subsidised member tickets, including a maximum of two adult tickets.

You can add extra tickets and still save on standard admission: £10 per adult and £5 per child.
The booking member must attend with their guests and show their membership card and ID on arrival.

By entering, you confirm that you own the photo and have permission from everyone shown, including permission from a parent or guardian for anyone under 18. Coventry Transport Museum is located in Coventry city centre at Millennium Place, Hales Street, Coventry CV1 1JD. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from Coventry railway station. Most buses stop at Pool Meadow bus station or on Trinity Street, both around a 2-minute walk from the museum.
Parking
There is no parking at the museum itself as its a city centre venue. The nearest public car parks are Bishop Street, CV1 1JN and Belgrade Plaza, CV1 4AJ, both within walking distance. Charges apply.
Accessibility
Coventry Transport Museum offers wheelchair access to most parts of the museum, lift access to both floors, accessible toilets, step-free access and a small number of wheelchairs available for visitors to use on a first come, first served basis.

What should I do when I arrive?
Go directly to the museum entrance and present your Boundless e-ticket for entry.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Boundless members can bring guests within their ticket allocation. If you have additional guests you can buy our non member tickets which are not taken out of your 5-ticket member allocation.
What time can I arrive?
The museum is open from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Last admission is 4:30pm.
How will I receive my tickets?
E-tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase. Please check your junk folder if needed.
Are tickets transferable?
No. Tickets are exclusive to Boundless members and the booking member must attend.
Can I bring my dog?
Only assistance dogs are permitted inside the museum.
Will the Boundless team be there?
No. For this event, the Boundless team will not be there throughout the day, but your exclusive member savings apply in the same way. Our volunteers will be working with the venue to make sure everything runs smoothly for you.
